As part of Amazon’s Compliance Central initiative, we are authorized to offer testing and verification services to Amazon Selling Partners, helping ensure compliance with Amazon’s product safety and regulatory standards. This cooperation is governed under a formal agreement and Work Order effective as of June 2, 2025, allowing MIRTEC CYPRUS LTD to support both Amazon-branded products and third-party sellers listed on Amazon marketplaces.

Our Role on Amazon’s Compliance Central, as an authorized provider on Amazon’s Compliance Central platform, MIRTEC CYPRUS LTD offers:

      • Product Testing & Verification
      • Regulatory Compliance Evaluation
      • Documentation Review
      • Technical File Assessment

All requests are handled through Lab Central, Amazon’s dedicated portal for managing Testing Request Forms (TRFs).

How to Submit a Testing Request?

Amazon Selling Partners can submit testing requests directly to MIRTEC CYPRUS LTD via Lab Central. The process includes:

      • TRF Submission through Lab Central
      • Status Tracking: MIRTEC CYPRUS LTD will update the progress directly within the system.
      • Document Review & Testing based on required specifications
      • Result Delivery and compliance documentation upload

If a TRF is cancelled or modified, MIRTEC CYPRUS LTD will work directly with the Selling Partner to resolve the issue transparently and efficiently, based on agreed terms.

Required Documentation for Toy Testing?

To evaluate toys for compliance with the applicable EU and Amazon regulations, the following documentation must be submitted:

  • Design and manufacturing details
  • Component and material list
  • Safety data sheets for all chemicals used
  • Hazard analysis (chemical, physical, mechanical, etc.)
  • Conformity assessment procedure followed
  • EC Declaration of Conformity
  • Manufacturing and storage location details
  • Relevant submissions to notified bodies (if applicable)
  • Test reports
  • Description of conformity assurance for production
  • Internal production control evidence
  • EC Certificate (if applicable)
  • Marking and any special warnings

Use of Amazon Marks?

MIRTEC CYPRUS LTD is authorized to use Amazon Marks solely for the purpose of promoting services to Amazon Sellers. All use complies with Amazon’s Trademark Usage Guidelines and are subject to ongoing review and approval.
